A Decent Leadership - for a decentralized organisation The organisational form that gives people the very best conditions is the decentralised organisation. And the kind of leadership that provides the incentive to follow is decent leadership. In the book I give 40 pieces of advice, based on my own experience from 16 years in Atlas Copco’s management as well as from many board assignments in both listed and unlisted companies. Where did decency go? From where do all the authoritarian tones come? Where did the respect go - for the difficult art of making things work? Respect for the small word “how”?
