The revenues from the book goes directly to Vivat Publishing in Ukraine. After the Russian invasion they have great difficulties selling their books. Therefore we want to help them survive by selling their book Opanuie Sebe (Take charge in Ukraine) from Sweden and sending them the revenues.

About the book: What happens when you start to think about everything good about you instead of the opposite? This book explores self-esteem, self-confidence and self-compassion and gives tools and ideas on how to handle painful thoughts and feelings. It also provides an illustrative example of how the anxiety curve works, and explains way it is such an important curve to be aware of.
