Tobias Ander has a long and distinguished career working with IT and cyber security in the public sector, as a Chief Information Security Officer (CISO) at Örebro Municipality, the Swedish Transport Agency, and most recently the Swedish Armed Forces. In 2017 he was awarded the GRC Profile of the Year (Governance, Risk and Compliance). T
