The purpose of this anthology is to capture and convey the spirit and trajectory of the SCCL; to chart its origins, its development over the past quarter-century, and to offer a glimpse into its current life and activities. It contains twenty-five articles - one for each year of the SCCL’s existence - contributed by academics and legal practitioners who all have a close association with the SCCL. The volume also seeks to illuminate the cooperation the SCCL maintains with universities both within Sweden and across Europe. These partnerships are central to the SCCL’s mission, fostering a fertile ground for scholarly exchange and joint ventures.
