Guidance in life

With this book, I want to inspire and encourage people to ask themselves questions that can help them develop and move forward in life. It’s extremely important for our lives what we choose to focus on. What we think, feel, talk about and give out is also what we attract and get in return. We can easily describe it as being that the frequency we are on is the one we will get more of, because we automatically attract things set to the same frequency. For example, if we’re negative and judgemental towards ourselves, other people and other things all the time, this is what we send out and it will be exactly what will get back to us. Our thoughts and feelings are like a magnet, so we need to find out what kind of energy we are actually sending out on a daily basis, because we will receive that same energy in return. We also need to process old, incorrect programming and truths that we have adopted since childhood and replace them with new, better truths that stand for who we are and not what others want us to be. By changing our thoughts, feelings and words we can change our lives for the better. When we are ready and willing to change our inner self and our mind, we can change our whole life.
