I who have written this book have been on the spiritual path since 1998, and I have found a lot of information online, but also thru personal guides. The idea to compile the information given to me over the years, in such a way that it lifts the average person higher up, have been a challenge but well worth it. Mankind is expanding spiritually and such a thing ought to be presented to as many people as possible. This book gives you a wellrounded perception on the topic, spirituality. It gives you the basic framework needed to understand the overall current discussions on this topic, faster and better then if you started from scratch.
