She holds a degree in psychology from the University of Stockholm, as well as a degree from the Swedish Academy for Psychotherapist Educations (SAPU), and is trained in Trauma therapy through Somatic Experiencing. She has dedicated the last 20 years to train and work as a therapist. She is co-creator and the creative director of Urban OM Center for inner growth in Stockholm, where she offers classes, workshops and receives private clients. She has also been part of creating Baravara and leads groups there.
